CAP Puree joined up with the CAP Group with State of Art Technology to supply 100% organic fruit purees to the world market from a tropical island in the Indian Ocean. Over the years, Mr. Ranjan Hanchapola (Founder and MD of CAP Group) has identified the requirement to have aseptic fruit processing technology within the CAP Group. Therefore, CAP Puree was formed by Mr. Ranjan Hanchapola and Mr. Chamara P. Dayawansha to take natural fruit purees to fruit lovers around the world.
Our collection of tropical fruit purees focuses on the exotic fruits and unique flavours of the tropical country of Sri Lanka (Ceylon). We take pride in taking natural fruits from over 300 small and medium scall premium fruit growers to the market as value-added products. At present, the company exports to Australia, Canada, the USA, the United Kingdom, Hongkong, the Czech Republic, Maldives, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, and multiple countries in the Middle East. These fruits may be hard to find in the European & American marketplace, but they provide an out-of-this-world experience when added to fruited beers.
