ORGANIC ASEPTIC PASSION FRUIT PUREE

This puree made from the Horana Gold  is typically found in Tropical Country of Sri Lanka and has a bright yellow rind and an equally bright yellow pulp. If you’re interested in adding passion fruit to your brews, this golden variety has the recognizable flavor you know and love — an intensely tropical and floral aroma mixed with a potently tart taste.

• Shelf Life: Unopened, our aseptic passion fruit can maintain their freshness and quality for up to 18 months past the date of manufacture. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and at temperatures below 77°F. Once opened, you can refrigerate our purees for up to 10 days or freeze them for the remainder of their shelf-life.
