ORGANIC ASEPTIC SOURSOP FRUIT PUREE
The soursop may look frighteningly spiky on the outside, but on the inside is an incredibly delicious and creamy pulp. Growing up to 5kg in size, it’s cultivated in Central and South America, Asia, and Africa. Soursop, also known as guanabana, puree tastes like a naturally sweet blend of lychee, pineapple, apple, and a slight hint of banana. Its fragrance is strong, slightly pungent, and works especially well in milky stouts.

- Shelf Life: Unopened, our aseptic soursop can maintain their freshness and quality for up to 18 months past the date of manufacture. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and at temperatures below 77°F. Once opened, you can refrigerate our purees for up to 10 days or freeze them for the remainder of their shelf-life.
