Tamarinds thrive in tropical regions, growing on tall trees with distinctive pods. However, obtaining fully ripe tamarinds outside these areas can be challenging. Our tamarind puree solves this by offering naturally sun-ripened fruit, processed at its freshness peak. The result is a uniquely balanced, sweet-and-tart puree with a velvety texture, perfect for enhancing a variety of dishes.

- Shelf Life: Unopened, our aseptic tamarind can maintain their freshness and quality for up to 18 months past the date of manufacture. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and at temperatures below 77°F. Once opened, you can refrigerate our purees for up to 10 days or freeze them for the remainder of their shelf-life.
